Our services and client work
The website describes the services Advertain offers. We do not sell anything through the website, and nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
All client work is carried out under a separate written proposal, statement of work (SOW) or agreement signed by both sides. That document sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation and any refunds. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Using the website
You may view, share and link to pages on the website for your own information. You must not:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any private client pages
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of our content without our written permission, apart from short quotes with a link back to the source
